Exercise Record Keeping Sheet
Here's an exercise record sheet that you can use to keep track of your weekly exercise. Click on the link to open the spreadsheet.
Please save it as "your name_exercise" and save it in the folder marked "Exercise Record" inside of your class' folder. For example, I would save it as:
BruceMoon_exercise inside of 2010M2ClassProjects/Exercise.
DON'T FORGET TO PUT YOUR NAME ON IT!!! WE DON'T WANT 50 RECORDS NAMED "EXERCISE RECORD.XLS". THAT WON'T HELP ANYONE!
